Salary: AED 1,500 per month

• Duty Hours: 9 hours per day
• Days Off: 2 days off per month

Job Description: We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Waitress. The ideal candidate should be from South India (Kerala or Tamil Nadu) and possess a friendly and welcoming attitude. The selected candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, serving customers, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat customers in a friendly manner
• Present the menu and provide detailed information when required
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth service

Requirements:

• Must be from Kerala or Tamil Nadu (South India)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
